Beer Garden:

Residents & their guests can enjoy local brews for purchase. Lawn games such as corn hole and giant jenga will be located near the beer garden.

Tents:

Tents are permitted in the designated tent areas and may be set up after 9am on event day.

Note:

No pets are allowed at this event. Service animals are permitted. No E-Bikes. No smoking or vaping.

RSVP:

Required RSVP by May 23rd.  You MUST bring your Del Sur ID with you to attend the event. If you are a guest of the event, you must be escorted in by a CSC member with a Del Sur ID.  If you live in Del Sur, but are not a CSC member, you may attend the event at a discounted rate of $10.  Scroll down to RSVP.

Guests:

Guests may attend this event with a Del Sur CSC member.  The price per guest is $20 for ages 3+.

Bring:

A picnic blanket, lawn games and whatever else you need to enjoy a day in the park.

By participating in this event, planned and controlled by The Del Sur Community Services Council, you agree to the following:

1. The Del Sur Community Services Council events are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Committee Members, Advisory  and Sponsors, of The Del Sur Community Services Council events assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise.

2. You assume all risks when participating in The Del Sur Community Services Council events. All participants must use care and good judgment and must obey all rules and regulations of The Del Sur Community Services Council. You will comply with all requests made by employees and volunteers of The Del Sur Community Services Council. You must obey all laws of the State of California. The Del Sur Community Services Council reserves the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this section. Ejected participants will not be entitled to a refund or any further recourse.

3. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Del Sur Community Services Council and its organizers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, affiliates, volunteers for any and all legal actions arising out of participation in The Del Sur Community Services Council event. You further agree to pay all legal fees incurred by The Del Sur Community Services Council that arise due to this agreement.

4. You give The Del Sur Community Services Council authorization to use and post any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of our events, before during or after the event for promotional use, reporting to the media and to publish on our website or blog. You will not be entitled to any compensation for The Del Sur Community Services Council’s use of your image.

5. Refunds for any reason will be at the discretion of The Del Sur Community Services Council.

6. The Del Sur Community Services Council reserves the right to exclude anyone from becoming an event participant should they choose not to accept this Agreement.
